Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is simply one of the most likable and bankable action stars working today, currently in theaters for . But beneath all the muscle flexing, gun toting, and bone crunching he's famous for, he is a family man, first and foremost.

just proved he's not only one of the best action stars around, but also one of the most adorable dads by dressing up as everyone's favorite Pokémon, Pikachu, for his 1-year-old daughter, Jasmine. The actor posted this sweet video on Instagram of him chasing the girl around their house:

I now have to put running around in a Pikachu costume on the list of things I'd never thought I'd see in my lifetime, but ultimately did.

As to what exactly is going on in this video, well, Pikachu is Johnson's daughter's favorite character.

In honor of Easter Sunday, the actor decided to dress up as the little guy once again (yes, again) to give his little girl a surprise. As he describes in the post's caption:

"The first time Jasmine's favorite character, Pikachu came to visit her months ago she was only crawling. For Easter Sunday, Lauren and I thought, Pikachu should make a special visit once again."

Unfortunately, he didn't take into account the challenge that came from wearing that type of suit to chase an energetic little toddler that loves running:

"Pikachu didn't account for the fact that now Jazzy RUNS and for 2hrs straight she wants to play her new favorite game, "I run away and you chase me Pikachu. And you are not allowed to take a break until I go night night."

Don't let that last statement fool you into thinking Johnson isn't up for the task though, because he loves every single minute of it, because that's just what dads have to do:

"I'm tired, today's my only day off, it's 118 degrees in this costume and Hobbs keep trying to p*ss on my leg. And I luv every minute of it. Bring it on. It's what daddies do."
