After months of anticipation, the news we've been waiting for is finally here. The Nintendo Switch is coming March 3, 2017.

The slow trickling of information has become a flow in the last few days, with leaks of Nintendo announcements streaming in such as launch titles, including Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and the $300 price.

But it's not all perfect for Nintendo, as only two launch titles, Switch 1-2 and Zelda: Breath of the Wild, were announced — though, at least 30 more are in the works. Given that it's competing with two thoroughly entrenched competitors with a library of AAA titles, it may be hard for Switch to get off the ground.

However, the low $300 price tag also makes it a lower investment than the upgraded PS4 Pro and Xbox One that both retail at $400. This is especially true given the different demographic that has catered to with marketing for the Switch so far.

Remember: Nintendo isn't going for the hardcore gamer crowd—just those who manage to fit gaming into their very busy schedules.

Now begins the long lines in front of BestBuy and Walmart to get one on launch day.

Are you going to get a Switch?
