It's nothing new to want to know more about the man behind the cowl. And Telltale Games has given us exactly that with Batman: The Telltale Series.

Guardian Of Gotham

In five episodes, we're gifted with the personality of Selina Kyle and the fall of Harvey Dent, the man behind Two-Face. And would not be the same without the meddling of Oswald Cobblepot, a.k.a the Penguin. We are even treated to glimpses of Victor Zsasz, a twisted serial killer, plus a familiar face who goes by the name of John Doe:

It's gonna be tough to top that! But, I'll give it a shot...

As far as the games are concerned, sometimes you have more choices than others, and occasionally your choice is whether to hit or be hit. These moments can make it feel a tad shallow, although more than makes up for it with its four-choice moments.

Which Will You Be?

There are a few moments where you must decide how you will impact the citizens of Gotham. Will you appear as Bruce Wayne, the wealthy benefactor, or the Caped Crusader, the masked guardian of the populace? Will you be kind or be mean spirited? Will you be nonchalant, or let the moment pass you by?

Telltale has set up a great introduction to the Rogues' Gallery of Gotham, and left us a great cliffhanger, leading into the possibility of a second season. I have no doubt that Telltale will present more material for Comics fans. Where else will the Caped Crusader go? Who else will you have the chance to fight, or to redeem? We can't wait to find out.
