Umm... are you going to drink that Skooma?

The Batmobile needs no introduction. Easily one of, if not the, most iconic set of vehicles in pop culture history, the Bat has been stylishly striking fear into the hearts of his enemies with his hella sick whip for almost 70 years now.

Despite its operational flaws, Batman: Arkham Knight's interpretation of the Batmobile is definitely one of the greatest iterations. Slick, muscular and so damn modern, Rocksteady got the heft of the vehicle completely spot on.

So if you were to go about creating a model of the Arkham Knight Batmobile in real life, how would you go about that? Well you'd need to have a shed ton of money for a start. Much like Wayne himself.

Luckily for them, some moneyed car enthusiasts got their hands on a Lamborghini Gallardo, broke it and built a fully functioning, sans tank-mode and weapons, Arkham Knight styled Batmobile. And it's pretty dope, guys!

Here's a video confirming that my overall excitement is legit:

Naturally the vehicle, whose lead engineer worked for Swedish supercar magicians Koenigsegg, is super hi-tech. Every panel on the Lambomobile is made of carbon fibre, and the engine is a Gallardo V10. And boy does it sound like it.

Due to the significant lack of sight at the rear of the vehicle, cameras have been built into the chassis so the driver can spot people gawking at the thing from behind, and of course not run them over when reversing.

The car is so insane and so damn functional, veteran racing team Team Galag will be taking the Batmobile on the road from Dublin, Ireland to Bucharest, Hungary for this year's Gumball 3000 Rally.

But if you were to take any Batmobile on a cross continent trip, which do you think would be most comfortable? Which is a hard task to ask, I know. I doubt Batman had reclining in mind when designing his stealthy tanks. But still, indulge me...

You can't really go wrong with this badboy when cruising the sun kissed roads of some island paradise. Wouldn't do well for a rainy night in England though. So remember to bring your trusty Bat-tarpaulin for a roof on the go.

Batman: TAS Batmobile

Like some kind of overly safe family sedan, Batman: The Animated Series' Batmobile should keep the kids entertained if they're able to fit in behind the seat. If not, then the don't deserve to ride in it. That's my honest opinion anyway.

Sick of having to endure the beauty of the world from man made roads? Well why not take to the fields, snow and even friggin' rooftops with this veritable tank. What's even better, this thing is so damn cool that all of the kids from your neighborhood would jump at a chance to clean it for free this summer! 'Cause look at it!

Still, I have to say Batman Forever's day-glo, 4-wheeled bastard is my favorite Batmobile. But let's just keep that between ourselves, yeah?

It's hideous! I love it!

What about you?

What's your favorite Batmobile?
