No, literally, The King of Fighters 2000 is the latest game to land on the PS4 as part of the PS2-PS4 emulation drive from Sony.

The legendary PS2 fighter is now available on PS4 – it will take up 1.1GB’s of space and is downloadable for $11. Sony has come under fire recently from fans as they renounce PlayStation’s theory that they must pay again for a title that they already own. Sony have stated that the cost of emulation is so steep that if they didn’t charge for the upgrade it simply wouldn’t happen.

King of Fighters 2000 follows a long list of classic PS2 games that have now made it onto PS4. It is a one or two player fighter from SNK. It is a simple arcade-esque platform that inspired some of the modern greats. The last title to make it to PS4 was Max Payne.
