The brilliant classic video-game company Nintendo has brought gaming to our tables for years now with variations of classic board games. We've had Super Mario chess sets, Donkey Kong Yahtzee, and several Monopoly boards, including [Pokémon](tag:2538552), Legend of Zelda, and now the original Super Mario Bros.

The board is very reminiscent of the original Monopoly board, but with the 8-bit style of the original Mario game. You can play the game as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, a Super Mushroom, or a 1-Up Mushroom as you purchase stages from the game as property.

Instead of railroads, you can buy various modes of transportation from the original Mario game: a vine, a lift, a cloud lift, and a trampoline, which you can buy with coins instead of dollars.

Instead of chance cards and community chests, you can land on warp pipes or '?' blocks to test your fate. The jail and free parking are both the same as always, which look slightly out of place surrounded by Piranha Plants and Bullet Bills.

The game looks like it captures the casual fun of Monopoly with a unique style sure to draw in Nintendo fans everywhere. However, you can't buy this game just yet. Pre-orders aren't available just yet, but Amazon currently has a placeholder for the game, so expect to hear more soon!
