The Pokémon Company has released a series of Pokémon Sun and Moon videos on their Japanese YouTube channel. Although relatively brief, each video showcases some key characters and Pokémon that will be important to your journey through the Alola region. These new videos come just one day after a new English trailer for the game was released.

To many Pokémon enthusiasts' surprise, there will be new life breathed into Pokédexes this time around (literally). Players will see their Pokédexes controlled by the electric/ghost-type Pokémon, Rotom. This video gives us a quick look at how the new Rotom Pokédex will look in action (please note that all text in the new videos is in Japanese):

On the character side of things, new footage showcases Lillie and Hau, two friends that will accompany the player on their journey. Lillie is the assistant to Professor Kakui, while Hau befriends the player just before the game begins. You can watch both of those videos below:

In terms of Pokémon, two videos include more footage of both games' legendaries, Solgaleo and Lunala. As we saw in the recent Pokémon Sun and Moon trailer, Solgaleo (Pokémon Sun) is a psychic/steel-type while Lunala (Pokémon Moon) is a psychic/ghost-type.

Among the other videos includes very brief looks at the Alola region and character customization options:

Pokémon Sun and Moon will release on the Nintendo 3DS on November 18th.
