Bethesda's E3 conference this year was amazing; I am so desperate to get my hands on Dishonered 2 that I'm going borderline insane. However, there are still two huge unannounced projects that the legendary studio is keeping under wraps.
In an interview with IGN, Bethesda's vice president of public relations, Pete Hines, clarified some things about projects that had been blurted out by Todd Howard during Bethesda’s E3 Press Conference:
"[Todd Howard] said for sure that he’s got two other projects. I’m just making sure folks understand, like, that doesn’t mean he’s going to spit out a DLC and another DLC and we’re head faking. Like, I need folks to understand that we’re talking about big games like a Skyrim and a Fallout 4 and a Fallout 3 and those don’t just happen."
So, the main man himself was really clarifying the scope of what Bethesda is working on, as these will not be just downloadable content, they will be gigantic games to rival Bethesda's others! Hines also state the following:
"The studio has two major projects, two major games that they are planning on doing before they get to an Elder Scrolls 6."
Well, now at least we know that a new Elder Scrolls project is confirmed as well! That is some awesome news, but, with no release date in sight, we may have to wait a while. It seems that Skyrim Special Edition will have to make do until the next big project is dropped.
