Let this be a lesson to all you sinners and non-committal men and women out there who play Pokemon GO. The app is actually equipped with a geolocation feature that accesses the GPS of your phone. That way, it is very easy to find out where you are located in case you become lost, need to find a nearby gym or you need to find out if your current boyfriend or girlfriend is cheating on you with their ex.
Someone shouldn't have filled in Evan Scribner on this small little detail about the game. Scribner told The New York Post his big mistake was playing the game after fooling around with an ex-girlfriend in Bushwick. Pokemon GO leads players to virtual Pokemon located in the real-world, using a phone’s mapping software to record where each Pokemon is captured. And that means anyone snooping around a player’s phone would be able to see his or her whereabouts at a given time.
Scribner continued to explained:
She saw that I had caught a Pokémon while at my ex’s house. She found out last night at my house and hasn’t contacted me since then
When Evan did not have a good excuse for his actions, his lady love packed up her things and fled to the wild like a Pinsar in the Safari Zone. So, let this be a lesson to all of you. If you're going to be a scumbag and cheat on your significant other, don't catch Pokemon at the scene of the crime.
What do you think about the actions of Evan Scribner? Are you having as much with Pokemon GO as he is?
